At VLONE Apparel, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which you can request a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  • Items on Discount

3. How to Initiate a Return?

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@vlone-apparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund is processed.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). To initiate an exchange:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above.
  2. Mention your desired replacement in your return request.
  3. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement.

Note: If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@vlone-apparel.com within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order details. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  2. Contact us at support@vlone-apparel.com if you still need assistance.
